Nathan Slinker’s poems have recently appeared in Ninth Letter, Fugue, CutBank, Solstice, Hinchas de Poesia, The Meadow, and Kenyon Review Online among other magazines and literary journals. He has received the Thomas Morton Memorial Prize from The Puritan magazine, the Robert Watson Literary Prize from the Greensboro Review, a Fishtrap Fellowship, and a Black Mountain Lookout Residency. He lives in the Wallowa Valley in Eastern Oregon with his partner Aschley Humphrey. He has an M.F.A. from Arizona State University.
